What to Expect
A CCR raceday is not a standard day at the races. It is a fully curated corporate experience — designed to impress your most important clients, reward your best people, and put your brand in front of exactly the right audience.
Every element of the day is arranged by the CCR team. From the moment your chauffeur arrives at your door to the moment your guests are returned home, you are free to focus entirely on the people in front of you.
Champagne on arrival. Paddock access. A private word with the trainer. Your colours on the track. And if your horse wins — the winners' enclosure, the photographs, and a moment your clients will talk about for years.
Syndicate Structure
Each CCR syndicate is deliberately small — one Anchor Business and seven Business Partners. Once all eight places are filled, the syndicate is locked. No new members join mid-season, and no places are offered to outside businesses until the next syndicate opens.
The Anchor is the lead partner of the syndicate — the most prominent position available. Your brand leads on the racing silks, the horse transport, and all syndicate communications. You are the name associated with the horse.
There is only ever one Anchor per syndicate. Once this place is taken, it is gone for the season. The Anchor position is typically the first to be filled.
Seven Business Partner places sit alongside the Anchor in each syndicate. Partners receive full raceday hospitality, stable visits, paddock access, and membership of the CCR business network — at a fixed fee with no hidden costs.
With only seven places, the group stays intimate. The connections made between partners are genuine — not a room full of strangers, but a tight-knit network of like-minded business owners.
Once the syndicate is full, it's locked.
When all eight places are filled, the 2026–27 syndicate closes to new members. No places are offered to other businesses until the following season opens. If you're interested, don't wait — enquire now to secure your position before the syndicate fills.
Your Day
From 9:00am
Your dedicated CCR chauffeur arrives at your door in a premium vehicle. No parking, no taxis, no logistics — just step in and enjoy the journey. Your guests are collected from their own doors too.
On Arrival
You are escorted directly to the CCR private enclosure. Champagne is waiting. Your raceday host introduces you to fellow syndicate partners and ensures every guest is settled and looked after.
Pre-Race
CCR partners receive exclusive paddock access before the race. Walk alongside your horse, meet Kim Bailey or Mat Nicholls trackside, and hear directly from the trainer about the race plan.
Race Time
Watch your syndicate horse race in the CCR silks — your brand visible to the crowd, the cameras, and the press. The enclosure erupts. This is the moment your clients will never forget.
Post-Race
Win or lose, you and your guests are escorted to the winners' enclosure for photographs with the horse and jockey. A private celebration follows in the CCR hospitality suite.
Evening
As the day draws to a close, your chauffeur is waiting. Every guest is returned home safely and in style — the perfect end to an unforgettable day.
